Founded by Berenice Houston — a former law enforcement professional and advocate for digital safety — RavenTrak was built out of a deep commitment to protect children from grooming, fraud, and online exploitation.

As the creator of ChildShield, a powerful app that empowers families and schools to respond quickly to online risks, Berenice is at the forefront of child-focused safety innovation.
With a background in engineering and a career in law enforcement dedicated to digital protection, she brings sharp insight and strong leadership to an issue too often overlooked: safeguarding kids across platforms like TikTok, Roblox, and Meta. Her work combines practical technology with a mission-first mindset—delivering verified alerts, trustworthy reports, and helpful tools that parents and educators can rely on.
